These terms and conditions apply to any user who accesses the a80com platform and its services. By visiting the a80com website, opening an account, or playing games, you are considered to have agreed to each of these terms and conditions. You are encouraged to review this document regularly, and any changes will be published on this page.

1 General Terms

Any person accessing a80com's services must be 21+ and is personally responsible for ensuring that online gaming complies with the laws applicable in their region. a80com does not provide services to players from regions where gaming is not permitted by law. Players must independently verify and comply with their local laws and obligations.

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between a80com and the player. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each player may open only one personal account at a80com. Every account must be solely owned by the account holder. Deposits and withdrawals cannot be made through an account opened in the name of a third party without a80com's knowledge.

• The information provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. If the information is found to be inaccurate, a80com has the right to suspend the account.
• Players must keep their password and login credentials confidential and secure.
• If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify a80com customer service.
• If a player passes away, only a legally authorized representative or heir may operate that account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

At a80com, you can make deposits using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks regardless of the method used. Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name — a80com does not accept payments from third parties.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and withdrawals are limited to the withdrawable balance in the player's account. Withdrawal requests are processed on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) and are normally completed within 1 hour.

If a80com determines that a payment amount needs to be verified, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold while that verification is in progress. Once the relevant checks are complete, the withdrawal will be processed. If there is any suspicion of financial irregularities or fraud, a80com may hold the payment until the relevant investigation is concluded.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered at a80com.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To convert the bonus into withdrawable funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement).

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.
• Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a total of 420,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player. a80com reserves the right to decline duplicate bonus requests from the same IP address or payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a player who has received a bonus wishes to withdraw only their original deposit without playing, a80com may cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• Each promotion offered by a80com may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will apply alongside these general terms.

5 Responsible Gaming

Because gambling involves the risk of financial loss, a80com strongly supports responsible gaming. Players should only play with amounts they can afford, and should avoid wagering money they cannot afford to lose.

• a80com services are available to players aged 21+ only.
• Players can contact customer service to set financial limits on their gaming activity.
• a80com strictly prohibits match-fixing and any form of fraudulent conduct.

6 Levels and VIP Tiers

a80com's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up through the tiers based on their wagering volume and activity on the platform.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

The cashback amount will be added to the player's account after it is received and can be used for further play. a80com does not announce a required turnover amount for VIP levels — players with higher betting volumes will automatically move up in level and receive more rewards.

7 Player Prohibited Actions

The following actions are not supported and are prohibited on the a80com platform—

• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Using a VPN or proxy server to bypass regional restrictions
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play
• Bonus abuse — for example, opening multiple accounts
• Sharing or selling account login credentials
• Using a80com as a tool for money laundering

If any of these actions are found to have been committed, a80com has the right to close the relevant account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balance.

8 Football Betting and Online Games Special Rules

a80com offers Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Slots, football betting, and other game types. If a game is affected by a technical or software error, a80com may stop that round and void any winnings resulting from it. Winnings that appear incorrectly due to a software error — for example, payouts larger than normal — may be rejected by a80com.

For football betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours, the stake will be refunded. Results of settled matches cannot be changed by a80com.

9 Personal Data and Security

a80com protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and applies multiple layers of cybersecurity. Personal data provided by players will not be sold or shared with third parties by a80com and will only be used to deliver services. 10 Limitation of Liability

a80com is not responsible for financial losses resulting from players' gameplay, or for personal or relationship harm arising from gameplay. a80com also cannot be held liable for losses caused by technical failures, force majeure events, or related actions.

a80com may temporarily suspend services and carry out maintenance without prior notice. Players should be aware that gameplay may be interrupted during such periods.

11 Terms and Conditions Changes

a80com has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the time they are published on this page. Players must check this page regularly, and continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a player and a80com, it must first be resolved by contacting customer support. a80com customer support is available in Myanmar language 24/7 via Live Chat on the website, and you can also send an email to [email protected].

If the matter cannot be resolved by customer service, a80com will issue the final decision, and that decision shall be considered conclusive. a80com will only accept dispute resolutions raised within 90 days of the transaction.
